Wolfy
Wolfy for agencies: managing multiple clients
Work across many Google Ads accounts and compare clients, built for agencies.
If you manage Google Ads for multiple clients, Flowboost is built for that: every subscription supports unlimited accounts. Here's how to work efficiently across accounts.
Connect a manager account (MCC)
Google Ads access is connected once for your organisation in Flowboost, including a manager account (MCC) if you use one. From there, add each client you work with as a project (the connect dialog lets you browse into the MCC to find its sub-accounts) and Wolfy can analyze that client as soon as their project is active. See Add and manage projects.
Switch clients by switching projects
There's no per-chat account lock. Switch clients with the Organisation ▸ Project switcher in the header, the same one used across Flowboost and your focus account (and any open chat) follows whichever project is active. You don't need a new chat just to move to a different client.
Compare accounts
Every Flowboost subscription can compare your focus account against up to four other accounts in your organisation. Pick them under Comparison accounts, from the account chip in the message box, then ask something like "Compare ROAS this month across these clients." This is useful for spotting outliers and benchmarking. See Your focus account.
Set context per client
Add each project's goals, targets, brand terms and conversion actions in the project's Context tab (open the Projects page from the project switcher, choose the project, then Context). Wolfy applies the right context automatically based on your active project, so reports and recommendations are tailored per project. See Personalizing Wolfy with context and memory.
Set organisation context once for every project
Some things hold for every project: your house rules, a default brand voice and the campaigns or terms Wolfy should never touch. Add them once under Organisation context in your organisation settings, and Wolfy reads them for every project. Where a project's own Context tab says something different, the project wins. Owners and admins can edit organisation context; members can read it.
Onboarding a new client account
- Add the client's Google Ads account as a project in your organisation, and select it.
- Add its context in the project's Context tab (main KPI, target, brand terms).
- Run the Monthly client report for a quick health snapshot.
Common questions
A client account isn't showing up. New accounts don't sync automatically. Open the Projects page from the project switcher in the header and connect the account to a project, especially after gaining access to a new client on the Google side.
How many accounts can I connect? Every Flowboost subscription supports unlimited accounts, including those under an MCC. See Plans, usage and managing your account.
