Why can't I see my project?

Troubleshoot missing projects and Google Ads connections in Flowboost.

If a project is missing, first confirm you are in the correct organisation and that the project exists there.

Common causes

• You are viewing the wrong organisation.
• The project exists, but Google Ads is not connected to it yet.
• The Google login you connected cannot access that Google Ads customer.
• The Google connection expired and needs to be reconnected.
• The project was recently deleted. Open Recently deleted and select Restore within 7 days.

Check channel connections

The Projects page shows whether each project has Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads connected. Select the gear on the project's tile to see its detail page. If the project exists but Google Ads is not connected, connect it there. If the organisation's Google connection itself is missing or expired, reconnect it from Integrations first.

Expired connections

If Flowboost shows an expired Google connection, reconnect Google Ads before running Labelizer or project-dependent tools. See Reconnect an expired Google connection.
