Getting started with Flowboost

Create an organisation, add projects, connect ad channels and start using Flowboost tools.

Flowboost puts your Google Ads on autopilot. Connect your accounts and we'll tell you what to fix, which products to scale and take care of reporting for you.

For business owners, this is like having a full-time Google Ads expert on your team without the expensive bill. For agencies, it's a powerful tool to multiply your productivity and automate the boring parts of your work.

Now let's get you started! First, you'll need to create an organisation. An organisation represents your business or agency and contains your team, projects and the ad-channel connections used by Flowboost tools.

Projects are used to group together ad-channel connections.

  • For agencies, you can create one project per Google Ads client account.
  • For businesses, you can create one project per brand, store or other business unit that has a separate Google Ads account.

Start from the dashboard

  1. Create or open the organisation you want to use.
  2. Create a project for the client, brand or store you are working on.
  3. Connect Google Ads when you want to use Google Ads Scripts or Labelizer.
  4. Connect ChatGPT Ads when you want to use the ChatGPT Ads dashboard and campaign tools.

Dashboards show saved results when available while newer data loads. For recently visited projects, the default 30-day view refreshes in the background about once an hour. New connections and date ranges you have not opened before may take longer to load.

Use the main navigation

The sidebar groups Flowboost by product area. Use Organisation settings for team and integrations, the Projects page (from the project switcher) for project setup, Labelizer for feed labeling and ChatGPT Ads for campaign and creative workflows. The Project settings row near the bottom of the sidebar opens the settings of the project you're in, or the Projects page when none is selected.

Check your current context

The header shows which organisation and project you are working in. If a page looks empty, first confirm that you are in the right organisation and project.

Example of the organisation and project switcher

On a phone, the header shows only the current project's name, or the organisation's name when no project is selected. Tap it to open the Switch project sheet, with All projects, New project and, if you belong to more than one organisation, Switch organisation.
