Duplicate removal options

The tool provides flexible settings to control how duplicates are detected and displayed:

• Case sensitive: only removes duplicates that match exactly in capitalization.
• Remove empty lines: removes blank entries from your list.
• Show removed lines: displays which lines were deleted as duplicates.
• Sort A to Z or Sort Z to A: sorts the cleaned results alphabetically or in reverse. You can pick one of the two.

These options help you refine and understand your list structure before finalizing the output.

Text formatting options

Beyond removing duplicates, the tool includes helpful text clean-up features:

• Remove double spaces: converts multiple spaces into single spaces.
• Remove spaces at beginning: removes leading spaces from each line.
• Remove spaces at end: removes trailing spaces from each line.
• Convert to lowercase or Convert to UPPERCASE: changes the case of every line. You can pick one of the two.
• Capitalize First Letter: capitalizes the first letter of every word. Combine it with Convert to lowercase to get consistent title case.

Formatting runs before duplicate detection, so lines that only differed in spacing or case count as duplicates once they are cleaned up.
