# Personalizing Wolfy with context and memory

> Teach Wolfy about your accounts and preferences so every answer gets sharper.

Wolfy gets more useful the more it knows about your projects and how you like to work. Everything Wolfy knows about a project lives in one place: the project's **Context** tab.

## Open a project's context

Open the **Projects** page from the project switcher in the header, choose the project and switch to the **Context** tab. In a chat, the **Context** button in the message box shows the brief Wolfy reads about the current project, with an **Edit in context den** link to the same place.

Context belongs to the project, so everyone in your organisation who works on that project sees and edits the same context.

## Business

What the business sells, to whom and who they compete with, plus the offer, brand voice, locations, budget and any campaigns or search terms Wolfy must leave alone. Add anything that doesn't fit a field under **More detail** or in **Notes**.

## Goals and targets

- **Main KPI**: ROAS (ecommerce) or CPA (lead gen).
- **Targets**: your target ROAS or target CPA, used in reports and recommendations.
- **Unit economics**: average order value, gross margin, refund rate and the costs per order. As you type, the calculator shows the contribution per order, the ROAS at which ads break even and the target ROAS that keeps the profit share you set.
- **Measurement**: the main conversion actions, conversion lag, attribution window and brand terms, so Wolfy reads the numbers right.

Setting targets and brand terms makes a big difference in reports like the wasted ad spend analysis and the Performance Labelizer.

## Memory

As you chat, Wolfy picks up things worth remembering about a project and lists them under **Memory**. Anything Wolfy added on its own is marked **Unconfirmed** until someone confirms it. Remove anything that's no longer true. **Just for me** holds preferences only you see, like the language you write in or the reporting style you prefer.

Hover over or tap the **Updated** line under any section to see where a value came from and who confirmed it.

## Files

Link Google Drive files (strategy, offers, meeting notes) under **Files** and Wolfy reads them into the context: empty fields are filled in as unconfirmed, and anything that would change a value you already set waits for your review. The list shows who linked each file, when it was last read and whether it still can be. Choose **Re-sync** to read a file again after it changes.

Access to a file belongs to the person who linked it. When that access runs out, the file is marked **Needs re-link** and only that person can re-link it by picking it again. Files need a Flowboost subscription.

## Account facts

**Account facts** shows what Flowboost reads from the linked Google Ads account every night: currency, timezone, campaign types, bidding strategies with the target ROAS or CPA actually set, conversion actions and which of them are primary, branded campaigns and the average daily spend. You can't edit these. When they disagree with your targets or measurement, the tab says so and links to the field to fix.

## Unconfirmed and stale

Values Wolfy or an import added on its own are marked **Unconfirmed** until someone checks them. A value nobody has updated or confirmed for 180 days, or one the account facts contradict, is marked **Stale**. Confirming it or saving a change clears the mark. When targets came over from the old Wolfy settings, a banner at the top asks you to confirm them.

## Just tell Wolfy to remember

You don't have to open the context page. In any chat you can simply say "Remember that this account's target ROAS is 4" or "Always reply in Dutch" and Wolfy will keep that in mind going forward.

## Common questions

**Will my context apply to a different project?** No. Context is stored per project, so it only applies to that project. Your **Just for me** preferences apply when you chat about that project.

**How do I remove something Wolfy remembered?** Open the project's **Context** tab and remove it under **Memory**, or change the field in **Business** or **Goals & targets**.
