# Run Labelizer and review results

> After a Labelizer project is configured, you can run it manually or let it run on a schedule.

After a [Labelizer](/docs/labelizer/labelizer) project is configured, you can run it manually or let
it run on a schedule. Each run reads the selected account data, calculates product buckets and
stores the results in the project.

Live runs that sync labels to Merchant Center require an active Flowboost subscription. Without one,
clicking Run now opens an upgrade dialog. Choose Preview in settings to open the Preview step, where
you can run a free preview. A preview run calculates results but does not write any labels.

## Run Labelizer manually

Open Labelizer and find the project you want to run, then click Run now.

If the button is disabled, hover it to see why: either the setup is incomplete, or a run or
Merchant Center sync is already in progress. Live runs also need an active Flowboost subscription
(without one, an upgrade dialog opens instead) and an activated labelizer. If the labelizer is not
activated, Run now stays clickable but the run does not start, and Flowboost shows "Activate this
project before running live." Activate it on the Overview step and try again.

## Watch run progress

When a run starts, Flowboost shows the latest status on the labelizer's row in the list.

You can also open the Status updates dialog for a detailed breakdown. It shows a table of run
steps, each with a status, timestamp and message:

| Step | What it does |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Queued | The run is waiting to start |
| Labelizer run | Products are analyzed and buckets calculated |
| Merchant Center enrichment | Feed data is matched to the calculated results |
| Merchant Center push | Custom labels are written back to the feed |

Runs may take longer for large accounts or large product feeds.

## Review bucket results

After a successful run, open the project to review the bucket distribution. See
[Understand Labelizer buckets and results](/docs/labelizer/understand-labelizer-buckets-and-results)
for what each bucket means.

You can open the Insights page to see a donut chart and a per-bucket breakdown on the Graphs tab,
and every labeled product on the Products tab.

To work with the results outside Flowboost, click **Download product feed** on either Insights tab.
It exports the latest successful run as a CSV file with each product's title, ID, performance metrics
and its custom label value. Large feeds can take a few minutes, so the progress dialog also lets you
have a download link emailed to you instead. The download needs a plan that includes it. Without
one, the button shows a lock and opens an upgrade dialog.

Use these buckets to decide which products deserve more budget, less budget or more data before
making changes.

Preview runs (analysis-only) never sync labels to Merchant Center. Runs started with Run preview on
the Preview step are always preview runs.

## Schedule future runs

Open project settings to enable scheduled runs. Choose the frequency, time and day that fits your
workflow.

Scheduled runs only execute when the project is activated. If the project is not yet active,
scheduled runs will not start.

## If a run fails

Check the run status and project settings. Common causes include:

- The Google connection has expired.
- Merchant Center is not connected. See
[Why Labelizer did not update custom labels](/docs/labelizer/why-labelizer-did-not-update-custom-labels).
- The selected Google Ads account is no longer available.
- Conversion actions could not be loaded.
- Feed access is missing.
- The project is not fully configured.

After fixing the issue, run the project again.
